- The most pointless HN Films video yet! This is NOT a normal episode ranking! Instead, take a dive with me into the exciting world of episode titles! What makes a good title tick? What about a bad one? Who even cares? Enjoy this video of some guy reading off the Breaking Bad wiki for 20 minutes.
We're clearly running out of idea's
I'm stealing this
what the…, where did u come from mr beat rice?
He loiters around my channel looking for video ideas to steal
Keen to see honestly
i’m getting way to involved in all these BB tier-lists. now i see you here on this channel 😭
We must beat our rice to commemorate this comment
"Cancer man" is a reference to an X files character
"Bit by a dead bee" refers to the consequences of the tuco thing even after his death, the bee being tuco in this context
Iron (Fe) = Blood
Litium (Li) = Meth
Sodium (Na) = Tears
Blood, meth and tears.
Beautiful title, S tier.
Lithium for meth? I don't get it.
@@attackoramic8361 I'm pretty sure it's one of the main ingrediences when making the product. Don't ask me how I know.
@@melgarinho7862How did you know?
@@McBloccguy0BRO DID YOU NOT SEE HIS COMMENT?!??!?? HE SAID DONT ASKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!
@@melgarinho7862 it's not, it can be used to make meth tho
the best part was when Walt said "I am Ozymandias" and the ground cracked.
it really shows that walt's name is ozymandias
3:33 i think the bee is tuco and it shows that even after tuco is dead, he stills causes walt problems (having to fake the fugue state).
Not just Walt but also Hank, who now suffers from PTSD due to his run in with Tuco.
I'm not convinced we're living in the good timeline until the Better Call Saul titles tier list happens
Its the darkest timeline sorry
'kafkaesque':
- cool word
- obvious reference to the title in the episode
- also subtly references what happens in the episode (jesse thinking his situation is getting worse)
B tier
'green light':
- cool phrase
- obvious reference to the title in the episode
- also subtly references what happens in the episode (gus gives walter the 'go ahead' to start cooking meth again)
D tier
this might be my first dislike on a breaking bad ranking ever, mr n. films
I apologise for my oversight on Green Light, I was drinking heavily when I wrote that part
@@HNfilms you should probably stamp down your foot to drinking and say 'NO MAS'
Kafkaesque is like... A much cooler word tho
11:26 hn films when he interacts with his subscribers
The fact that I got a MLB ad with Bryan Cranston before this is crazy
Me too!! Lol
Oh my gosh same
Ugh. Imagining Plan and Execution actually being named "Candle" now.
HN Films, "Pilot" actually refers to Walt piloting the RV, which he is driving in the cold open. It is also foreshadowing the "pilot" of the Wayfarer that will collide with another "pilot" in midair, killing hundreds in season 3. Hope this helps!
Good video, but I think there's some more meanings that I think are on the Wiki too. 'Grey Matter' is both the business, and about grey morality with Walter ending the episode deciding to return to cooking meth. There's also 'Sunset' which I see as also representing the RV being destroyed as the end of an era for the show. I think those two titles should be higher, but most episodes have clever titles.
14:55 you suprise me everytime just how bad your opinions can get
Frrrr
I never knew what I.F.T. stood for until this video
"Mandala" also means in spanish send it, which could refer to Walt needing to sent the meth to Gus
Well yes, but in that context it is missing an accent mark
The Teddy Bear Flash Forwards would've had a better payoff if, in better call, saul we see Howard hamlin and his wife Cheryl get on a plane, and it turns out to be wayfarer 515
Live Free Or Die is S tier
Everyday I hope this guy Ranks Every Metasisasis Episode, you know we all want it.
Breaking Bad as the shows title would be A tier, right?
Ya for sure, I do love some good alliteration
That was, excuse me, a damn fine twin peaks reference
Say My Name is S tier 🎩
I.f.t not getting S is a crime. First episode i thought of when i saw this video. Great vid though man as always
Dude, I had this idea a few months ago, but it would be shortest to longest title
Love this concept--episode titles need more appreciation.
I always appreciate a good tier list!
I don't like the element thing for Felina, they never use a birch reduction (which is the meth cooking method that applies lithium) in the series, so it's dumb and stupid
that thumbnail is pretty fucking cool
you missed the second meaning of Shotgun. The guy who Jesse stopped at the end was gonna shoot Mike with a shotgun, (that's what Gus wanted Jesse to think I mean)
love how you completely miss the symbolism of some scenes/titles lol
Im an idiot
How could you do my boys Green Light, Cornered, and Say my name like that?!
so annoying how he somehow completely missed how green light also represents walt going back into the meth business smh
Gray matter is my favourite episode. Very underrated, if you care for character introspection you like it
don’t care about the video only skipped to the part with Sharon
Thats in the next video idiot
I recently rewatched the last episode of season 2 and I got shocked at how brilliant it is.
I talked about this in the bbu discord so I should get credit
We dont talk about the BBU discord
You should make a video with your takes on bb spinoffs and how likely you think they will happen.

Here are the explanations for each episode in the series based on the wiki page, split in two so that my comment will be able to send.

Immediately discredited for putting Seven Thirty-Seven in C tier. Thats insane
Okay lol then you put “Green Light” in the D Tier. Have you ever watched the series?? A cursory glance at Wikipedia would have explained the symbolism here.
W 1 am video fr
Im pretty sure FeLiNa is supposed to mean "Blood, Sweat and Tears"
The elements that FeLiNa represent are the main ingredients in blood meth and tears so the episode title can also be read as Blood, Meth, and Tears
Say my name is the worst episode title in any show ever just because it replaced Everybody Wins
Green light could get bumped up a teir as it’s also gus giving Walt the green light to cook again
10:51 is that on a green screen?
Doubt it

You're missing quite a lot of double meanings, e.g. "Sunset" being a callback to when Tuco told Walt and Jesse his cousins are going to arrive at sunset in "Grilled".
+Sunset is the final episode that the RV is in correct?
