Hey guys i love ur new light guys i just brought the se3000 and im loving this light and so are my plants ,now i have upgraded all my electrical components now
Now I definitely have to get that light for my spider farmer tent. Currently using a very good SF 7000 knock off But after you showing me the light and use I definitely have to get it set up correctly
The quantum board lights are very decent, but it is really hard to beat the light spread on these bar style lights. I am a couple of weeks into the next grow, and am really enjoying it so far =)
Does yours have the IR and UV diodes in it? The SE3000 and SE5000 have them but the new SE7000 it appears they removed them to boost profits on each fixture.
Pls need immediate answer. I have a room in my house 5 times 4 meters. How many units do I need to grow in this space. Need info before I commit the money. Now pls.
Wow, that is a strong light. I like that you have conversion table for dial level. My first run ever in a tent and a Spider Farmer SF2000 is coming to a close for most of my girls and I am happy. Thanks for the help H.G. One day I hope I get good enough to justify a big powerful light like that. But if I'm in a 3×3 do you think I will see even better results with a stronger light than the SF2000? Happy New year.
Thge thing about a larger light is that it will even out the PAR levels across the canopy, which can be helpful to maximize growth around the edges. An SF2000 is a great light, and while you are going to have some light fall off along the shorter edges of the light, you can still seem some decent results with it =) I would only upgrade once you feel like the light is holding you back. We are going to have an unboxing of the G3000 in a couple of days, and that would be a really good option for a 3x3 that would give you a bit better coverage, and provide an additional 100 watts of light versus the SF2000 that you are currently running.
What’s your opinion on the Spider Farmer 30W UV LED Grow Light Bar, it’s supposed an add-on that will fit in the frame adding more reds for your plants
Every time I have tried to pick them up, they have been out of stock unfortunately. I wanted to try them out with the current run, but just haven't been able to pick them up and will have to try them out some other time =)
I have a view of the info on the driver here: ruclips.net/video/cAN-SwT6qu4/видео.html I am not sure if it would be worthwhile changing it though, I am not even sure where you would get one, and how to do it =)
@The Hippie Geeks Yeah I'm finally putting up better stuff than I did earlier in the year. lol Still figuring it out, I wing it alot 😁 Stop by an say HI, love to see ya in the comments 😉 No pressure 👊
@The Hippie Geeks Yeah I'm pretty stoked to have them. I started off with Bloom Plus earlier in the year. Moving on up 👍😉 I won the Ac Infinity T6 fan and controller, it's been a stellar year. 🙏💯🙏
With any light, all you need is the maximum power draw, how many hours you plan to run them and the cost of your electricity, then punch that into an online power cost calculator. Each SE7000 will draw a max of 730 watts, so four of them would pull 2920 watts. Four of these lights at full power, with a $0.10/Kwh cost at 18 hours per day would run you $5.26 per day, and at 12 hours would run you $3.50 a day.
You're correct, they did that for people who don't know how to do much, including screwing a light together. Any man who can't assemble a simple light is probably going to fail his grow anyways.
Idk why you opted out of showing par levels 12" and 18" even if it's too high, you knew it was and seen the numbers....why hide them? They domt match up with the specs from SF themselves?
There were a couple of reasons, the main one being that I think its a bad idea to put this light that close to plants. Another reason is that I didn't have the time to take those measurements, as it is non-trivial to take measurements for these unboxings so I just skipped the 12" & 18" measurements. I didn't see them and think that it was too high, I saw what the measurements at 24" were and decided to not take them any lower. As for why the light measurements don't match, I have no idea how light companies take their light level measurements, and to be honest I don't even look at their numbers. I took these measurements with an Apogee SQ-420 inside of a Spider Farmer 4'x4' tent, and the numbers you see are the ones that I pulled. It just kind of is what it is.

Insane coverage like never before!
It is pretty impressive =)
Hey guys i love ur new light guys i just brought the se3000 and im loving this light and so are my plants ,now i have upgraded all my electrical components now
That is awesome! The next grow series is going to be using the G3000, which i think is a more affordable version of the SE3000 =)
Yah i was looking at the G3000 but i decided to go with the se3000
I may ask for a SE3000 to try out at the end of the year =)
Very nice lite. Thanks for the review✌️🪴
Thanks for watching the video!

@@TheHippieGeeks Nice, I will be looking out for the G3000 video then. And yeah don't get me wrong I'm happy what the SF2000 has produced.
cant wait for the update on the se 5000
I am not sure if we are going to be getting an updated SE5000 in, we may end up just using the older version we still have.

If I Ran 4 of these lights in a 10x10 at full power.....
How much more would my power bill be?

I don't mind it really, as that is not at all a structural piece so I just appreciate the pop of color =)

No one can match what i got 730w leds in a 2x4 ;) only got them on 420w though
That is a lot of light in that size tent for sure =) Thanks for watching!
The SE7000 is missing 2 different light spectrums compared to the cheaper SE5000 which is nonsense the cheap light get it.
