You just did silkscreen printing. It's nice and look modern but the old fashioned way is still faster.

This is only a mock up, a model, obviously it is not functional. For real screen printing you need the fabric to be really tense in the frame and the squeegee needs to push really hard to deposit the ink… The cardboard simply would not stand the pressure.
Notice that the video is made by step motion process. Quite good by the way.

Good idea for home use on occasions gift pack or return gifts. If the printing die is placed reverse the bag handle will be easily in the front and bag could be placed right in the end.

Pretty sure that will not work. The force to push paint thru that loose of screen would not be possible with that set up. It would be a painty mess. Nice design, make it out of wood and it would be another matter. Camera tricks.
