Not really. This "accurate" calendar does not account for months with 31 days. Only 15 tiles that count days.

Honestly, it looks likely to get stuck quite a bit. I'm surprised it doesn't in this video... it totally depends on one block moving back for the next, but I just don't see that happening correctly every time.

Measurements are listed. Use 1/2 inch thick stock.

I actually like this Idea I can really imagine waking up & boom new aged calendar right there in your face automatically showing you the date it’s pretty cool in my opinion

example.. feb 28 yesterday . you wake up in the morning today suppose to be march 1.. so simply flip the MONTH to March and Flip the Dates until u see the 1. maybe thats how it works..

I really like this concept/design.
A single improvement I would recommend, is to place the day on the top left, and the month on the bottom left, giving your finger a better access to flip the day over. But this may make the calendar top heavy, for which I would add weight under the base (carved out).
What about the 31st day of some months?
I suppose you could just turn it twice.
Or for february ?
Just write 30/31 on the last tile
