I have a Hella 7" reflector that was in my GL1100. I want to put it on my GL1200 with an LED bulb. The glass reflectors are nice but I need a little more light.

What's with that strip in the middle? It doesn't look very classic, which defeats the purpose. And it looks like the low beam only works on the bottom. Can y'all make it without the strip, and illuminate the whole headlight, on both beams?
