- Every second Tuesday, we release a tech tip video that will give users information on various topics relating to our Storinator storage servers.
This week was a big one for our team! We hosted our first annual 45Drives Creators' Summit. The week was jam-packed with tours, demos, engaging talks and sailing! In this video, Brett gives an overview of the weeks' events and explains how important this event was for the future of data storage.

an eye opening stream for someone running a small video production like me, building and maintaining my own TrueNAS server for storage. Super proud to learn that we are all Canadians too!

Consider inviting Alan Jude and his team from Klara Systems next year. There are few true ZFS experts and these guys are definately in that class. Hidden gems.

Distributors would be awesome. It's twice the price of one empty rack server to send it to Australia!
What I would like to see as a Product would be a JBOD, Yall have the experience in PCB Design and routing of cables. What I love to see is that implemented in a JBOD Chassis to extend your 45 Drive Servers. I know you all like to push for clustering and getting more servers rather than extending the existing ones. But It would open a market to reuse older Servers and machines to be used with a JBOD build by you. Or even sell ready to go soulutions with your all SSD servers such that you can have to layers of stroage into one with fast SSDs and Slower HDDs managed by one Machine (or 2 if you enable for dualpath)
I was wondering how the locals pronounced Bras d'Or. I've been to Cape Breton twice. It's a very pretty part of the country. I wish I could buy one of those houses next to the ocean in Capstick.
Bras d'Or is french which means arm of gold :)
