Sowerby Bridge is my local. I like to spot at Sowerby Bridge because you can get freight and speedy 185s passing through. However, if I am ever taking the train I go to Halifax.

@@YorksLancsTransportHubHalifax Overall has Better connections. (The grand centrals to London and the Hourly services to Chester, York and Blackpool). Sowerby Bridge benefits from Southport and Wigan north western services which avoid Halifax
