You know two friends have been close for too long when they can't even recall which one of them did something
My husband and his friend (who is also my friend) along with one more college friend were supposed to go for a job interview. Everyone from their college who went that day got selected apparently.
One of them ( my hubby and our friend)said at the last moment, " let's ditch that".
Now they both have been claiming that it is the other person for last 20 years. They both make very sincere faces sometimes and smile sometimes, so i cant make out who is pulling the legs. It's an ongoing joke for last 20 years. :D
Ross & Chandler are honestly my favourite duo in the show!
In context of what we know, Ross probably doesn't remember because he was high as a kite.

For a fat kid it probably was. Not that big of a deal for normal people without medical issues. you won't starve overnight . Feeling hunger once in a while is a good thing. I eat one meal a day now, smallish meals, and rarely feel hungry. I've gone 4 days drinking only water and never felt hungry, only broke the fast because i started to feel weak.
@@recoveringsoul755 everybody's eating habits are different. i know she wouldn't "starve" but it still seems cruel to let a kid go hungry unnecessarily, esp bc there are many other ways to discipline children. i'm not fat either, but i would be upset to be left without dinner if i'm hungry.
I've always thought that punishing your child for doing something wrong by starving them is sooooo weird. Unless its treats or dessert or something, nobody I know in my family leaves their kids without any actual food
@@manereeaurum if you're hungry I can see that being upsetting. Do you equate food with love? Especially as kids, I can see how a home cooked family meal, if that's normally a pleasant experience, to be deprived of that family gathering plus the communication and the food would be a pretty hard blow.
@@rosecoloredbby punishment should be consequences for the wrongdoing. Like if a kid ate the whole pie that was supposed to be for dessert for dinner, I could see no dinner as punishment. We don't know the reason. And if parents were upset about her weight, they may have withheld food as punishment on a regular basis. They did send her to fat camp. We usually have emotional reasons for overeating, and forcing someone to starve or exercise doesn't address those.

In full honesty, I'd rather be in Chandler's position. Sure he kissed a guy when he was drunk and thought it was a girl, but Ross got food poisoning and thought it was a good idea to go on Space Mountain. A fast, turbulent ride with sharp turns in the dark. Chandler wanted to kiss a girl. Ross almost wanted to crap himself.
