What other variety do you folks use as a pollinator? Thanks for the video. I'm in Cedar City, and this seems to be just what I'm looking at doing myself
Glad to help! We've had All-in-one almond as a pollinator and it has worked very well. Last year we also planted Price Almond as another option that also grows into larger tree. All-in-one is great for a smaller tree.
I don't believe we weighed them, but my guess is that we usually only get 3-5 pounds per tree. Which is wonderful when we get them but we do eat them fast!
Excellent. What about if you can tie a sawsall to the branches to shake it !!!!
Not a bad idea 😆

Why not a peach?
How do you like the superduke?
How do you know when to shake it? Do you wait for the green part to open up?
Yes, opening indicates that they are becoming ready.
How many pounds of almonds did you end up harvesting?

How do I get in contact with you guys? I'm in eagle mountain

Pollinizer 1:30
Yep 😊. A pollenizer is the tree/flower that provides the pollen. A pollinator is the insect, bird, etc that spreads the pollen.
