    I'm 71 years old and I'm currently in the pink and purple stage as well lol. I guess as girls, we never grow out of the little girl pink and purple colors and there is nothing wrong with that lol. Love tour tutorials. So easy to understand. Blessings❤

    Just found you on my feed. My little granddaughter is 15 and wants to make a little money and cannot work because we live out in the country so she wants to make jewelry and sell at Farmers Market and at school and neighborhood and at church so your tutorial is excellent for her. We are very excited. Thank you

    This is a great tutorial! I really like how you attached the jump rings directly to the end beads and not the thread- not only is it more secure but it gives a much cleaner look without the need for a bunch of extra findings. Thank you!

    I used to make these when I was in middle school and was thinking recently I should make one for myself again since my childhood 90s styles are back! I'm so grateful I found this vid to watch later, refresh my memory, and sit in my nostalgia for a bit. 🥰

    Thank you so much this video helped me a lot I’m a beginner at beading and I really want med to make a daisy bracelet. What helped me make the daisies was taping the thread to the table so I could keep the starting flower tight at first it was so loss and I was getting frustrated trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. But tape really helped a lot. Thank you for this.

      You could just tie a knot onto the metal loops, it just won’t look quite as neat and pretty. If you still want to make my method work, maybe you need a smaller needle or smaller thread! Good luck hope that helps

    Hi there! I just wanted to ask whether a 6 lb (thicker) Fireline thread would work with the size 11/0 seed beads? Or, would it be too thick? Thank you!

    • @elorajoelle
      @elorajoelle  2 года назад

      I accidently bought 10lb and used it for a few of these, it seems to work fine! If I go through the same beads too many times (maybe 4 times is too many?), it's too difficult and won't fit, but usually with this daisy chain you don't need to do too many passes through the same bead. I bet 6lb would be fine!

    how do you thread the needle?? i’m having hard time tying the knot and the beads won’t fit through it

    • @Sam-nz2ko
      @Sam-nz2ko 3 года назад +1

      Maybe the beads aren't fitting through cause you're not using a small enough needle. A regular sewing needle isn't always small enough to be able to fit your beads through. Try finding some beading needles. You can find them at Michael's or Hobby Lobby.

    • @elorajoelle
      @elorajoelle  3 года назад

      Yes exactly as the other commenter said, make sure you’re using a beading needle and also thread that’s meant for beading as well.
      If you have trouble threading a regular beading needle, maybe try looking for a “big eye” beading needle, they are easy to thread

    I seem to be having a problem with my white beads not lining up with in-between the flowers one set will run up on the flowers and the next group down

    • @elorajoelle
      @elorajoelle  3 года назад +1

      Like there are pieces of thread showing and the white beads slide around? Yeah I notice that can happen, I try to tighten my flowers against the white beads as I'm making them to avoid that, but it may take some practice. I constantly pull and tighten the thread every now and then. Hope this helps!

  • @bbykc444
    @bbykc444 3 года назад

    My beads don’t sit flat so you can’t see the centre bead, why is that ? I’m using 0.25 monofilament thread.

    • @elorajoelle
      @elorajoelle  3 года назад

      To be honest, mine also don’t sit flat all the time. I’m currently wearing one of the bracelets and I can see a few flowers where the center bead pops up, but I can push it back into place and it will stay pretty well. I’m not familiar with that type of thread, but my thread is Fireline 10lb beading thread, 0.008 inch. It also could depend on how tight you made it and what type of beads you use.
