But then I watched ur other video on how to calculate menstrual cycle and then u started that from the first day (which is the day one) to the last day (a day before the new date of flow) that’s the cycle. It’s a bit confusing and contradicting because here you’re saying from the first day (day one) to the first day of the next flow. Please which is the correct one??

Good explanation. What I use for ten years of dating my hubby without being pregnant is.. from the last day of my menses I count up to 10 days those are my unsafe days then after that I resume sex till next period. It works for me.

Your ovulation day is always 14 days before your next period always nomatter how long your cycle is.
This is because post ovulation time is fixed for all people, but pre ovulation changes from person to person.

Thank you for sharing this information. My question is, my period circle is not regular even though I keep accurate record of when it starts and when it stops. Sometimes it's 21days, 25days, 28days, 31days and 32-33 days respectively. Please how do I calculate my circle with these irregular dates. Thank you.
