Bro this waterproof phone i received with water droplets inside the new phone. Flipkart support is really shit. It took more than a month after i contacted the consumer court then it took a month to refund the amount. otherwise Flipkart asked me to contact moto and moto asked me to contact Flipkart. I was stuck in between them. I was told by shit wala Flipkart support that' they are taking this as feedback as it's a open box delivery and the phone was ok but it was inside water of the phone and going onwards we would take this in future as we have changed 150 as open box policy and not informed customer what they need to check and sorry for that but we will not refund.. i told them as I have spent 30k for u and I m ok with this so please splash my name along with the Flipkart logo and do mentioned my name that one of our valuable customers we got a new experience which cost him 30k we r very thankful to him but they denied stating can't do so because they are just a Dalal or agent can't help me.. i have to bear the cost.

reason for disliking the video:
why do you just shuffle the phones from left to right and right to left? when comparing two phones side by side, keep one phone in left and the other one in right in entire cuts of video. this is just a simple common sense you can use to improve viewers' viewing experience!

@@vipinchandola4382 yes I bought Edge 40 Neo, absolutely love the device Build and Clean UI. Cam is good enough considering the 20k+ range. Other than that only Google Dialer call recording announcement was my only annoyance but I managed to fix it using RUclips fixes vids.

The biggest problem with Moto is the poor after sales. I don't mind slightly late software updates if they are free from issues. Moto needs to launch the Edge 40 pro soon in India and focus on better after sales. Software-wise the battery optimization also needs to be worked on, especially the idle battery drain.
