Yes its called speed and if you make it 1 or 2 or 4 it will give good pictures even in very dark although you need to make sure not to shake your phone or else it will be shaky. If you can keep your phone steady for 10 seconds then the night images won't feel like night at all. I was shocked when I first learned this feature.
My z fold 5 won't let me swipe up on the shutter to create a second shutter. Is that an option in settings to enable or something? Edit: I don't think z fold has that feature.

I know that on the Samsung S8, you can hold down the shutter button to take a burst shot, and you can also press the shutter button to take photos whilst recording a video
We can make GIFs in real life now. If we want a higher quality GIF (I know those GIFs we get from those sites we source them from has it's charm), we can do it ourselves if we have a Samsung phone. Only thing that can be improved with that feature is it could be smoother during the preview, when it's processing.

On sansung phones if you go into pro mode you can change how long the camera shutters and that can make your photos have more or less light
