Some interesting movement and striking here. The last exponent really impressed me. Crisp and sharp movement. He also moved as a unit and demonstrated the ability to Shock. Subtle movement informing his striking, which in my opinion would certainly hurt. I really liked it. Thanks for posting.
It is an art, the beauty is the creative imagination; you not only protect your self but triumph, beauty in combat is glory and greatness. In other words fame.
A very fluid powerful internal system of Kung Fu, very precise and smooth movements, with very cleanly executed footwork, a pleasure to watch thank you for sharing
Yeah, I wonder what the MMA guys will be doing in their 80's? Not moving like this, I'm sure. I'll take the long term benefits of this type of training over their "realistic" training any day.
Xingyi forms appear more combat oriented compared to Tai Chi Chuan, just as I've read. However, all the Internal systems have a variety of benefits to the user. It's not all fighting, healing, meditating, spiritual development, etc. it's all those things and much more.
@Allen2saint martial arts are about survival. beating people to a pulp has very little to do with it. treat people with respect act with dignity and be virtuous and you wont need to be getting in fights all the time.
Everyone was awesome. The last Shifu was top shelf. Amazing form and movement.
This is the most famous combat skill of my home town, my grandfather can play it too. He died when he is 93 yrs old.
absolutely brilliant, it is a gift that we can see these true masters.
The last gentleman in the video is just incredible!! Of course, all of them are very good, too.

Traditional gongfu is not only beautiful but also powerful; what good is beautiful.
