Didn't work. Chrome still running two programs in the background, which also keep Chrome from reopening unless I go to Task Manager and close it there first.

Can this be used for file recovery? I formatted a drive by mistake and it has a couple of files I need.

Can you try to see if Firefox can open the report? I have had other reports that clicking on the link does not automatically launch a browser
@@BlueMonkey4n6 I uninstalled all extensions in Chrome and it now opens and (fully) closes.
