This is just one way that you can install a DNA Springer front end on a 95 Honda Shadow vt600 without chopping the frame and replacing the neck or modifying the neck heavily
RUclips strikes again lmao. Building a 73’ cb750 with a 21 over fury springer. My daily bike is a rigid frame 93’ vlx600 but it has 14over fork tubes on it. I have this old springer laying around that I was thinking of extending and putting on the vlx600 and thought of pressing the stem out of both and putting the vlx600 stem in the springer.. now I’m definitely doing it. I've just pressed the stem out of mine. Did you ever encounter any problems down the line? I've heard you need to modify the stem to make the bearings sit lower or something? and that you should make a shoulder on the bottom of the stem for the bottom clamp to ride on.
TheDarkness72 I pulled the front end apart till I had just that piece and the piece that it is pressed into and I used to press and pressed it out make sure to press it down and out cuz it has a lip on the bottom so it can't go up does that make sense?

Did you press it out the top or out the bottom?
You have steer stop? If yes how did you do it

So that's why I used the original Honda stem because it already had the taper that was needed for the bearings
