What I observed was ...pls don't use newspaper and edible food to contact as Printing inks are used in newspapers on in association with food harm your body and make you sick. Instead used plain tissue paper or a steel gril rack.
Good practice noticed was head caps and kitchen aprons.
These are affordable changes which will further add to quality of the food you serve.

Rk Tiffins is good , safety is not taken care , in my last visit I have seen a cheff directly dipping a oil packet directly in a hot oil instead of cutting with a scissors . Same thing was taken forward to the shift manager he dint care the complaint . You see the Gundu boss in a blue shirt was the one who made this mistake ... guys observe him carefully
