Yan ang problema sa architecture curriculum, masyado ang focus sa aesthetics. Ung practical aspect iaasa sa 2 year apprenticeship pero hindi naman lahat ng architect ituturo yan kung alam man nila ang BOQ. Most probably BOM din ang alam nya. Pagdating sa actual practice mas mura estimate ni engr kasi may prior training na sila sa college. Ung aesthetics ang dami kokopyahan ni engr sa internet. Sa pinterest lang buhay na sila. Nagtaka nga ako pati anthropometrics e engineering discoveries na daw. Puro 3d rendering, kahit maganda kung mahal naman hindi din kakagatin ng client. Ang importante mura at mabilis gawin.
