I was just thinking about this at the weekend. Kevin is on the money on trickledown economics. People with money ain’t spending it!

trickle down implies that when the richest gets their due, the overflow of their spending would go to the middle strata, streaming money downwards to let them fill their needs, and the spending of the middle class would flow to the poor strata, giving them also a chance to fulfill their needs
but the rich never got enough of their due, nowadays when rich people get money, they would save it in offshore accounts, and/or reinvest in even more real estate for their company, making the money not trickle down in the economy. the money got stuck, it doesn't flow downwards because the rich are saving it all, that is how we got these billionaires sucking up impossible amount of wealth racing to become the world's first trillionaire

They have a thing in parts of Scandinavia where there is a universal wage absolutely everyone gets money from the state not sure how much but l think it's like a proper jobs amount of money. Even if u have a job or not u still get it. Supposed to be cheaper in the long run when people aren't forced into poverty and the social problems no longer have to be paid for as much.
Then why work? That’s the problem we have in the UK people get free money and we have to import a work force.
