I have been driving with uberx for about 5 months, and forgot to register for hst gst number with cra. Is it to late to do that now and if it is not. Will cra penalize for the past 5 months of unpayed hst/gst?

Great sir, I have one doubt I have done uber eats delivery for the first time on a bicycle. I just downloaded my Tax summary of uber 2022, and I saw that there is a column stating that "GST/HST you collected from Riders and from Uber is Zero". So now do I need to apply for a TAX return 2022 for uber also? Do I need to get a GST/HST number?

    • @instaccountant
