@22:50 the photo is Alan Oppenheimer who was Skeletor, Cringer, Man at Arms and indeed a 100 other things including Beachcomber and Seaspray. He is very much alive and possibly outliving us all.
I don't collect out of greed. I pass hugely impressive deals because I either have the item or don't want to pack something that I feel like I want to give away or sell.😂❤
Thank you for the heads up. I look forward and count on this weekly content. Once again, another great week of info. Have a great rest of your Sunday Mike
That Breaker is what I would have wished Clutch to look like. I think the original Clutch was a Breaker repaint anyways so I get they should be different in a more articulate line but I didn't like the way he came out. I think if I'd bought a VAMP I'd use Breaker for the Clutch stand in. He's a win from the vintage look standpoint. Like his colors.
As a collector, how do you feel about tariffs on our toys? Do you think it will greatly impact the toy market? I think 10% will be added this week. Too much above that and I will be reconsidering certain purchases.
It is very rare for Mike to even mention any japanese mecha figures like that silhoutte of Moshow Gaiking(?) @2:20, I've been collecting Moshow figures since 2021 and I can attest the quality of that company's products. Come to think of it, the Transformers figures may be considered "Mecha" since they are technically robots
Toki is the second eldest brother of Hokuto Shinken after Raoh and before Jagi and Kenshiro. He has dedicated his life to using Hokuto Shinken for healing purposes rather than killing. The dark hair was his original hair color and the white hair was how he appeared later in the series after his exposure to the radiation slowly killing him. While main character Kenshiro was considered the most worthy of the Hokuto brothers to be the sole successor to Hokuto Shinken, Toki was considered to be the kindest of all 4 brothers.
The dark hair is another character Ambia he impersonated Toki in the series. Toki would have been chosen as successor if he wouldn't been exposed to radiation and was dying. It's a great Manga and TV series.
Snarf and Snarfer legally cannot sell for less than $55. The only way they could sell for less is if they had been solicited individually and not part of a wave. If a figure is part of a wave then it has to sell for the main price of everything else. This is why things like thrones are always sold on the side with a wave and are $45. Oversized figures can go for more, though. Flynn has explained this more than once, and Ive heard other toy makers talk about this over the years.
True $45 was the original price til they hiked them to $55 and now the $60 Mummra is $75 when repainted with less stuff included. Glad BBTS has many of the ultimates at $27 on sale
Just to let you know Mike that GaiKing is prenounced (guy-king). I watched the original series when it came over as the edited version by Fun House Entertainment (f.h.e) to the USA. You can only find the unedited english dub version on dvd these days, and you're lucky to find the f.h.e. version online or vhs. Which the full unedited version's dubbing is the worst one, since it comes off flat & lifeless sounding even though it uses the same voice actors. GaiKing is assentually a robot formed from 3 sections. The lower body (waiste down), the the back torso that has the wings and arms, and finally the Space Dragon mobile battle stations head. Witch this part makes up the head and front torso. The "unicron" like head as you put it has those big horns because the horns make up the space dragon's head when the robot head retracts. But by the sound of the name this is the GaiKing that comes from the 2nd series released in the early 2000s. It was the powered up version that combined parts from the original GaiKing robot and the 2 other GaiKing like robots. While the original robot and the combined super mode version look amazing. The other 2 newer robots look...well....silly. But reguardless of the 2 new robots looks their parts combine with the original to somehow make a badass looking giant mecha. Hope this info helps. P.S. The f.h.e. version was spelled Guy King just for refrence.
No but if you want to test it you can find anything on Ebay shipped directly from China and click buy it now to see the tax calculations. I just did that and no extra tax charged

The picture in the He-Man news appears to be Alan Oppenheimer - Skeletor’s voice artist.
YEP thanks at least we can have a laugh during a sad time

Not Jon Erwin, my dude. Skeletor lives!
HA HA yes you are right
Coincidentally, the same day the Thunder kittens reappeared in bigger quantities on ebay at $99 Mike!🤔💡

Looks great
I'm glad the north star FITS😂

How does yolopark amk pro megatron scale with studio series 86 prime?
Still bigger maybe I will do all those comparisons when I review New age Romulus
@ do you have hegemon too?
Thank you for the Yolopark news, much appreciated 🙏🍻
Love that line
If there is a 4.0, I hope they sell him without the trailer and accessories.
You better expect this to come with trailer and $300 price
😢...
Do you see the new 25% tariffs on China effecting ShowZ product pricing? Might start seeing prices in the secondary market value going up.

Um - that’s not John Erwin.
