Beautiful drive. Are you planning any trips to central Italy? I'm asking because after we drove to Domodossola from the Simplon Pass, we then continued our trip the next day towards Ascoli-Piceno. A lot of great mountainous drives in the Marche and Abbruzzo regions.

Interesting drive along Lake Maggiore, a very beautiful touristic area in North Italy. Visited it also some years ago, stayed a few days in Verbania back in 2014. The road from Domodossola to Cascata del Toce (SS659) seems to be also very nice, have you drove it too afterwards? Or Simplonpass? Greetings from a fellow roadtripper and creator from Germany!
