MUST READ! ..... DataBROTH's Current review is a MUST READ companion to this video, even if you don't plan to bother with this synth. Not only is the review nicely detailed, but if you pay close attention, you'll pick up some interesting insights into modern synth architecture and sound design. Follow the link in the description of this video. (It's a long article. If you are long-reading averse, open it in a browser on your phone and have your assistant read it for you while looking at the pretty pictures.)
@@treat_audio - Of course, your choice, but if you choose to enjoy the demo now, all will be sorted before choosing your final plan, if any, and paying anything.
@@BigMTBrain jup..great they offer a demo!!...thing is....I have pretty much every other wavetable and granular soft-synth out there plus all the minimal audio fx...so actually "subscription-gate" prevented me from instabuying yet another plug in synth that I will probably not use as extensively as the competition. Still I see what minimal audio is trying to do with "stream" as kind of a "live service" subscription thing where you can get a battle, I mean beat pass...and presets as DLC...The gaming industry makes billions like that, why can't the audio industry?! What's next...unfinished plugins at release and day one patches? preorder bonus skins for your plug ins? ....sorry...out of context rant 😂
@@treat_audio Haha... likewise, I have so many great synths already, but after reading DataBROTH's detailed review, I'm too intrigued to not at least download and hear my own experimentations with it.
The layout is reeeally similar to Pigments. The main appeal seems to be the FX section, but they need to get rid of the silly names for each of the FX, it's just unnecessary.
the names aren't silly, no more silly than calling the synthesizer current or pigments. They are named that way because they are parallel to actual standalone plugins
@@DataBroth Amazing. Don't understand what went through their minds at the beginning. MA seem to be a very small shop, perhaps one or two persons ? Anyway, great that they quickly recovered their senses and RTO is exactly what companies need to do.

Damn dude, you can get such wild sounds out of these synths. Always cool to see you trying them out

nah pretty basic stuff
@@liorsilverstein9802 Agreed! Your review was much better... so light and airy
As allways increddible stuff!
Tnx DB
Watching people like you work on sound design is truly a treat
Really love the sounds you got in the plucks and arp section starting around 40:00 😉👍
very cool synth, thx for the video
Sounds super dope, I can see why they thought they could get away with subscription only 😂
damn it has a really beefy fx section. fuse compressor is sick havent messed with much else but minimal makes sweet stuff from what ive seen
having rift and morph eq alone in a synth is nuts
Pretty crazy sounds, this synth is good !
this thing is perfect for basses and leads
Sounds really powerful
dope sounds...might get it now....he seemed genuinely shocked in his video....
I think you'd have fun with it, at least give the demo a shot
@@DataBroth I wait till the situation is sorted. have loads of synths to play with...and their other plug ins
