Hello Simy K TV, I can't thank you enough. MJ Limpompo passed on when I was in high school. I believe nobody will never fit the vacuum he left. I have always wished that sometimes Igwe, Madanji, J. Jr, Ongoro plus the Limpompo members like Sande Asweda, Jose Mzungu among others can sometimes come together to perform as Limpopo International Band................This is the most impressive story you have told so far, in my view. Please continue with the great work. May God always bless and protect you.....watching you from San Francisco, CA, USA
Such a sad story for our own MJ, his brother and their mom!! May he keep on resting in peace. He was and is still my best artist ever. It looks like he wanted more for his family than what music could provide
In conclusion, it is our brothers in Amerka, who adopted white-man's selfishness, that perpetrated the Maestro's prompt demise. They lured him to U.S for greener pastures and once there, they abandoned the gifted MJ to petrol stations and supermarkets without providing him with proper framework for his artistical continuity. Haki Ojwang' Jakobo wewe😪😪😪
I remember vividly where I was when the news came to me that MJ had passed on. I was enjoying my evening at Pumula restaurant in Valley Arcade Nairobi. The previous weekend I had attended Limpopo's live show at the Deep West Club in South C. A restless crowd had waited for MJ to show up following his show in Kisumu and were beginning to chat "tunataka Musa" when the maestro walked in accompanied by Bandason. The crowd erupted in joy. I was shocked at what hit me. A tired looking and frail Musa Juma struggling to walk across the dance floor to the stage. He picked his guitar and the band started playing Vinny. But the rhumba star was tired and a seat was brought up on stage for him to take frequent rests. When he started singing his hit song "Christina " his sister Millie Fedha joined to help the great man sing. So when I heard the news of his demise in Mombasa I was heartbroken and shocked but it was not a big surprise given the sick man that I had seen at Deep West. Wuod Mumbo continue to rest in peace, the GOAT.
My takeaways *Family is everything as Milly Fedha has demonstrated. *Igwe Bandason is a true legend and was true friend of MJ. * That second trip MJ made to USA was ill advised. Not easy to make it that fast in a foreign land. * Don't drink and drive see how Toni died. *MJ remains my favourite artist in Luo land together with his brother Toni. *Good work Simmy
Musa Juma and Omondi Tonny were the epitome of the Luo Renaissance. The Luo nation will take many years to produce such gifted musicians. May the Lord remember their souls, surviving families, and friends who demonstrated love during the trial moments.
While I understand that maybe this could be a very difficult conversation for Winnie, but would've loved to hear her side as well... This has been a very informative 2-Part documentary! Good work Simy
Tht ending part has left me in tears....it popped the lost memory on how the news reached us when I was in college.thts how the practical class ended.we could not continue due to the bad news of the demise of the late MJ while some of us were still in doupt. Thank you Simy fr the story. Now the most important thing to do is to appreciate the late by building him what u guys said.awuoro tho.

These are the kind of things that Luo TV stations like Ramogi should air instead of feeding our people nonsensical things like Thapki. Good job Simmy
Not only thapki but all these Indian programs that are translated to Luo
