I dunno if it’s on PS4 but the “live another life” mod is a solid mod to alter the start of the game. You can go through the vanilla start or choose to an alternate beginning, as a land owner or already a member of a guild or several other options. Then you just go to Helgen to start the main quest line 👍🏼
something interesting about Alidons Armory is that if you downloaded other mods that involve armors or change how they look, they will appear inside the armory.
subbed! i've been skipping on mod playthroughs because I mainly tend to screw up and download mods that instead of helping my immersion, end up ruining it. And I also love platinuming games... But these ones you showed on these 2 videos are something I definitely want! I'll get that platinum again eventually. After all skyrim is that one game I can't stop myself from getting back to, and I can always create a new character and play modded on it :3

Great list I actually have a fair amount of these. Also recommend deadly bandits,better combat AI. For graphics lore friendly, magical college of winterhold ,ruins of winterhold author Ska001 (lore states it rivaled solitude) holds capitals;morthal. Dawnstar supreme. Fos forests of skyrim . Improved sounds. Make a nice change as well.

I've never been this disappointed in a game or game company. Sony has nothing to gain from blocking custom assets and has highhandedly ruined the experiences of millions of Skyrim players including myself. I was truly looking forward to being able to settle in my lounge room with the PS4 version, adding all of my favourite mods. But instead Sony has chosen to release a version of the game with infinitely less content than even the Xbox One version, let alone PC. I am seriously going to consider selling my PS4 and games to buy an Xbox One made by a clearly superior company.
The ps4 is more for exsclusives like bloodborne Horizon Zero Dawn and what not the reason the don't allow external assets is they have a proprietary operating system and they don't want it hacked I agree it is a shame if K were you Id get a pc for Skyrim endless mod support there but to each there own good luck man.
I was about to say "get a pc" but somebody else said it... well get a pc, console is for 4 year old's, if you are 10yo today you are playing Fortnite.... on a PC if you are a pro, if you play on a console if you are an unskilled scrub with zero cognitive functions. Get yourself a nice mid range pc system (Intel or Ryzen I don't hate, just get most $$€€££ for your budget) for a decent price, hook it up to the TV and you got yourself a proper gaming station you can enjoy in your lounge room with a "Mice and Keyboard", if you got bluetooth on your pc, you can do as I did, connect a play station controller to the pc or xBox if you prefer that controller. besides you got the console command right there on the pc... and mods are way easier. A no brainer... and it's easy to hook the controller up to the pc, if you need it. Get a pc. For now, PC is the best and the rest need to get better to compete.

alidons armoury might be a cheat room but I'll be dammed if I don't go there every run just to nab the dragon aspect ring for its aesthetic. while I wish we got stuff like capes and other cool things like Xbox I am glad we at least have stuff like this that can make the game more interesting

idk if this sounds stupid, but why can’t somebody make a mod to enable console commands? like you pause the game and go to a menu and the screen for commands is there with the codes for certain commands? like that’s an actual question.

if you have that customization gem and have the character editor and some other that wont have problems work really well with it too. I tried to find like more variety of skine tones, hair and beards. sadly body weight is not in skyrim on ps4 idk why but someone need to make a mod with like muscle and curve becaause thats kinda not cool to leave that behind on the ps4/ps5

Haha the tenticles come from Miraak..literally. If you go into creation kit and click EVERYTHING to be wearable by player.. Miraak has SEVERAL Robes...with different enchantments, Only 1 obviously of which we normally see... 2 give you tentacles, 1 of them kills you. Same goes for his weapons, several version of them as well. Theres so much cut content that I used to be able to imitate mods with a save game on PS3 ..with a heap of things that LOOK custom..but not.
Real talk all you have to do is put armor on the horse and you are set.. I have had the same one since the beginning of this run though and I am level 56 on legendary

sorry but ive tried the hobbit hole and its awful. you cant interact with any of the static items, its too dark and i always needed candlelight or a torch, and because you cant interact with it, it makes you feel like you cant trust the chests.
As many as you want. Just keep in mind the more you download the more likely you are to experience crashes, so if you download lots of mods remember to save often.
Well, I'd guess one reason is those mods are huge in file size. The max size for PS4 is 2GB, if I remember right? I'm on Xbox and there are four parts to one of the Beyond Skyrim mods, each at a size of about 400-900MB. So it really wouldn't be possible, given the PS4 size restrictions. Even with the 5GB we get on Xbox, I still don't think it's worth the space.
Thanks for mentioning the better horses mod/ however, u forgot to mention the summon horse mod, which allows u to summon horses for you and your followers,/ also the gold chest mod n the mod to have access to all the weapons n armor in the game

I have that mod on PC, it’s great! There is a similar mod on PS4 called ‘Realm of Lorkan’ that just came out last month.

GameTitan74 I think it’s max is only a couple gig, but so many mods on ps4 are small. I think I have 20 or so mods in my game and it’s working fine

Idk about him, but I use Obsidian Weathers for exterior (and it adds weather sounds indoors too) and Luminosity for indoor lighting. Looks fantastic!

No I'm on a 4 year old PS4, I think my Elgato makes the fps look better.
