You skipped Ruthless. Dre ran the music part. He was in charge. Eazy put the money in but Dre made all the musical decisions. All music released while he was there was produced by him and he chose who would come out and when. Dre was in charge on the NWA albums, Michelles first album, Eazy Es album, DOCs album and more. At death row he did the same thing he did at ruthless but the difference was he was part owner.

@@charnelveil669 yeah man you see the reason most people think that Nate Dogg was on death row is because in 96 Death Row released their greatest hits album which included the song Aint No Fun by Snoop. It also had No Vaseline by Ice Cube on it…super weird album. Anyways, most people think Nate Dogg and 213 had a deal with Death Row but they never did. They all had separate deals and I’ve been trying to find out for awhile why. I spoke to one of Snoops cousins who told me Nate Dogg and Warren G didn’t want to be in business with Suge but still trying to get more clarity on this.

Lady of rage and RBX. We're cool but they were not good solo artists. They were ok rappers but not good songwriters it's a big difference. And another thing they say lady of rage was lazy and didn't record all the time. 2 pac asked her did she want him to help her finish her album and she said no. And Nate dogg was not a good solo artist his albums were ok at best. He's just a legendary master of hooks. He sounds good on hooks. Not really a whole song
Nate dogg was signed to death row. He got out of his contract to sign with another label.

Dr. Dre is successful because he’s always quality over quantity . When you look at the number of people, he assigned to aftermath that actually put out albums, it’s not like there’s 20 people on that list. There’s himself, Eminem, 50 Cent, Game and Kendrick .
And after the dynasty that aftermath had in the late 90s through mid 2000s for a little while they are, it was just he and Eminem . And Eminem’s album is still going to platinum. And then he signs Kendrick and he’s another artist himself that is quality over quantity.
So you don’t get two albums a year from aftermath , but 90% of the time when they do drop, it’s going to be something good.

Red Album and Jesus Piece weren't really successful, unless low sales were part of the marketing plan.

Red album debuted at number 1 sold over 230k during its first week and was well over platinum by the end of the year of its release.
Jesus piece debuted at number 6 did 86k in its first week and this was in 2012… its singles "Ali Bomaye and Celebration performed pretty well too Both albums did way better then busta rhythms project with aftermath which was a good album but did disappointing numbers for it’s time.

What is the source of those numbers?
Even if they are correct though, that's still a massive fall off from the double platinum success of The Documentary and he's been unable to go gold or platinum since.
Just saying, I can see why he was left out of the Super Bowl performance. He just isn't on the same level, in terms of commerical success as Dre, Snoop, Em and 50.

The doctors advocate sold over 3 million to date (world wide) 930k in the US alone peaked at number 1 in billboard 200
The documentary is at 5 million (world wide) 2.5 million in the US alone also peaked at number 1 in billboard 200
Red Album 1 million world wide 390k in the US alone also peaked at number 1 in billboard 200
LAX just over a million world wide 765k in the US alone peaked at number 2 billboard 200
All this is public knowledge just google overall world wide sales of each album and you’ll see these numbers from different sources, I understand how the guys not likeable and I also see how most people love to downplay his credibility but the guy was once a factor and did move millions of units world wide not to mention the amount of his singles per album that were hits during his prime.

The Jesuit order (society of Jesus) supposedly also financed a number of departments indirectly at Interscope too and even approved Makavelli the 7 day theory, many labels since the start of the industry are the same. Also oddly enough in the 4 base gemetria ciphers, “Interscope” has a 56 and so does “Pope” and “society of Jesus” and Iovine is supposedly a devout Catholic too

People, don’t take advice from those who don’t have the knowledge you do. If someone came up to you & said they could make you a billionaire but they were broke, why would you take their advice? This guy is using an example while utilizing a subject he knows nothing about. 4 of 4 of those are classics. Cop the book & read it, that’s all it takes. This is not it.

No one can deny that Dre is the best Producer, the hidden fact that his Afternath label never failed is because; Dre sold 33% of the aftermath to interscope records and def jam and rocafella are owned by Universal music group. A black independent rap label like what Death Row records format used to be, is not allowed in the music bussines anymore. Also remeber how Dre was dealing with George Lucas over the chronic intro court case and truth hurts addictive hit.

    • @blackelton7127
      @blackelton7127 10 месяцев назад +3

I get where you’re coming from, but being fully independent and not conforming does have a price. Selling out to the mob can speed things up and make it easier to scale, advertise, promote etc in 2 years vs 20.
Unfortunately, the music and video entertainment industries like Film were becoming increasingly corporatised. Interscope and Iovine were also swallowed up and Beats Music was merged with Apple’s offering.
I believe that the more money something makes, the more doors need to be opened to progress further and if you don’t want to compromise with those already there, your $$ potential is limited.
I personally think Dre made a good compromise. He got to cultivate genuine talent and also make galactic amounts of cash. And at least he didn’t turn out a weirdo like Diddy 😂

Not true....aftermath didn't really blow til he got eminem....he had Eve, Rakim and a few others and it didn't work out...if u wanna count 2 artists as never failing then you don't understand the record business...but go off...

I have followed Dr Dre for some time now. I never saw his success through the blueprint of the Rothschilds. I am grateful for RUclips & your page. I can see parallels between the two. Andre is a perfectionist. He is selective with whom he works with. When he works with you, it goes deeper. On top of this, the clan of Jimmy, Dre, Em, 50 (& maybe, K. Dot) looks like a dynasty.
