Hi Ravi, thank you for your time and effort on this. One suggestion: please add note from your video description, into video itself. For this you can use RUclips Annotation, which is addition of a text layer, link or hotspots over your video. You can do that on timeline where you clicking on Failover to Production. Thanks again!

I do not extensively work on Veeam but you can refer to this link: helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backup/vsphere/replica_network_vm.html?ver=120

    Hi Ravi,
I have a question on this while we are doing failback in production at the same time VMs is in a Shutdown state on both sides, it means production is also down.
how can we reduce this down time.

Yes, the replica also gets powered off during the final sync, until we commit or undo the failover. Guess this article can give more details (outdated though): forums.veeam.com/veeam-backup-replication-f2/feature-request-control-over-shutdown-of-vm-during-failback-t22312.html

You need to commit the failback as the last step if you confirm that the failback was successful

Yes, I missed to do in video but I mentioned in my caption:
"Right click on the job to commit the failback if you are good with the failback operation & data"

For me also it took a long time, seems like there are other options to choose during failback - I did not explore more to the options and just did the failback.
