I’d like to share what those are: Going back and forth when transitioning @4:46-6:25 Cleaning up your “mental house”-@9:00-9:50 Examining your thoughts- @25:45-26:40 Learn how your particular mind works- @27:30-27:44 Impatience is resistance- @33:58-34:17 Observe your thoughts-@44:00-44:24 Anger during healing process-@45:10-45:40 For anyone going through a healing process and forming into their true selves, I’m with you. It’s hard yet the change is close and only a matter of time until a full transition is made.
And when she said "your environment doesn't suck, it's your attitude that sucks" in another video. It always make giggle. Might not be verbatim, but along those lines haha.

I was so disappointed of the life I was living and I knew my inner child was miserable. Now since listening to Louis Hay and meditation my inner child is now happy and my life is in the best transition ever, I’m so happy for myself and the life I’m about to live.

Just then I had read the our dear Lady Louise Hay describe it as a process of affirming that my toes are sensitive . After I did this the pain subsided and I really laughed. Am really grateful for this to Louise and this Channel that uploaded it. Am really discovering that I have alot of anger and as a mom my babies are also teaching me alot of how to heal I listen to this atleast twice a day and its hard to apply the knowledge but it's worth it bcoz am slowly healing and know I will continue awakening live in present and notice my thoughts and my reactions and realising old beliefs and old habits as Louise instructs us to do.
