Those negative messages from other ppl had me tight until I realized I'm here in the presence (now) and not in the past (then now). I now see they were all lies (illusion) to hender me. This is so needed for me. The first time I've actually started and finished a RUclips self improvement course.
As soon as I told the univers I needed something to help me overcome a situation I am going through, she popped up on my instagram feed and I felt like she spoke to me. I quickly ran here to see the full course, and low and behold, Louise is giving me steps on how to resolve my trauma that I really needed. I’ve been going to therapy for 3 years now and that has helped, but this… made it sooooo much easier for me to understand what I need to do to help me bring myself up. Thank you Louise ❤

The truth is no trauma is powerful enough to damage me a lifetime. I can heal. I can feel the emotions, confront the traumas and release it. No traumas can damage me and turn me into something that i hate. I'll always be something that i love. I love me the most so i honor myself a lifetime No traumas or people can damage and turn me into people that i hate.
