I’m tired of these Breville machines they can produce a very nice shot but I have 2 they are both broken right now I need to get out and fix one has a problem with the thermocoil where it won’t heat when at idle the other has a failed water pump that’s pry either vapor locked or just has mineral deposits so I’ve been roughing it buying coffee out for about 6 months when I want a latte or americano other then that it’s been nice old my trusty bunn coffee pot. My Breville grinder has worked flawless though for a long time.
I'd say the De'Longhi Stilosa EC260BK. I recently bought it, and it is very budget friendly, only being about $100 on Amazon. It brews at 15 bars of pressure, which is very good in an espresso machine. It comes with a scoop for coffee grounds, a milk steamer on it and I really like it. There are some accessories that are essential to purchase along side it though. Make sure your accessories are 51mm because that is the size of the portafilter. 2 in 1 distributor and tamper tool, WDT tool, milk pitcher. Those are the essentials, but I also purchased some espresso shot glasses, a couple cappuccino mugs, a coffee grinder, and a puck screen. Hope this helps.
