Cornelia has ADHD. Her actions to jump up is something she also did after the win on the female presenter in melfest. Think her impulses made her not to reflect that it was inappropriate given what is happening in Ukraine. Cornelia has enormous empathy, she would never have done this if she understood that someone would be sad or angry. But yes, as a swed I which this never had happened. 😫 Partly for those in Ukraine that might be offended, and partly because this might mean a lot of hate in Swedish media from those who would like Anders Bagge to win melfest.😢

Extremely inappropriate behaviour. I'm super uncomfortable just watching it. Cannot imagine how the host must have felt having to deal with such behaviour in front of all the journalists and the cameras. This behaviour is not a symptom of ADHD, but pure attention seeking. Some people can't seem to take a joke or two, sure she was a bit everywhere but that's her personality. She's filled with energy and (as we saw in Melodifestivalen when she won) has a hard time controlling her feelings during overwhelming times. Some of her qualities can be seen in people with ADHD / ADD for example. For the people saying she should be disqualified or that what she is doing is sexual harassment, shame on you honestly. She's not perfect but then again who is? She's a cloud of energy and has a hard time controlling it. And I would also like to point out the importance of the word "sexual harassment" which a lot of people over and misuse a lot nowadays. It is because of you that the word if so hard to define and often used in the wrong places just like now. Jumping up into someone's arms or just getting carried by someone is not sexual harassment? Was she out of place? Yes maybe, but that is not sexual harassment in any way. Disgusting how some people act in these comments.
(The "shooting" was indeed in very poor taste but I think again that she never meant it in a bad way, I think we all know what she means by that. Nothing to be disqualified about tho...)
Update: She has ADHD apparently, which supports my theory :D

I don't have ADHD but a family member of mine has and he really understands Cornelia. He also gets "overexcited" over things and then has a hard time focusing or calming down. Let alone control all that energy. Again, never meant it as an excuse. More of an explanation for people not understanding her. It's important to see the situation from her side and "in her legs" if that makes sense.

😫 Partly for those in Ukraine that might be offended, and partly because this might mean a lot of hate in Swedish media from those who would like Anders Bagge to win melfest.😢

none of this will matter anyway, because other than serious Eurovision fans no one will know about this. And it should not matter to the juries, either; they should base their decisions only on the song and the performance. But then, jurors are human, so if they do know about this, maybe it will have an effect on their vote?
