Wwow ❤it is so great to have a big group who are having the same hobby of growing figs. People could exchange fig varieties and learn from each other🎉🎉 great group

It is! We do a lot of fig cutting exchanges too.

Awh...I would have been like a kid in a candy store. My first memory of Figs was when I was a little girl. Loved them every since. I have 2 trees now. I had 3, but one didn't survive. I may have to try them in a container on my next purchase. Tfs.

Oh bummer. What is your growing zone? I have had some trouble with my in ground trees. I covered them last. year which helped I think. I might cover them one more year.

@gapey I'm zone 7a-7b. I'm on the East Coast. The fig tree that didn't make it was a cutting from someone. I think it didn't establish good roots or something. My other 2 were purchased through a local farmer. They are young and doing good....Black Mission and White Marseilles. I've been looking at videos with pretty good success growing their fig trees in containers.
