I always find the hometown tunes in every Pokémon game to be so relaxing. I hope you enjoy this rendition! Also OG fans what do you think of the remakes so far?
Diamond was my first game, and I haven’t played any of the games since Sun and Moon since none of them looked that great and I didn’t have much time anyways. I’ve only just beat the Valley Windworks, but so far the game feels kinda awkward but it’s still good. The overall feeling to it though is awkward almost completely because it feels like a weird balance between cute and good looking graphics/audio that doesn’t mix that well. For instance, it’s weird seeing completely overkill reflections in your own house floors and Pokémon centers while being a little chibi character. Same with the music having a lot more realistic instruments in comparison to synths and more electronic sounding stuff in the originals. So overall I feel it would’ve been better if they picked one or the other, but regardless I’ve enjoyed the game so far. It feels great to be back to playing Pokémon again after a good couple of years, especially being the remakes of my favorite games! Ive decided to go for a abnormal team so I have a Kricketune, Magikarp, and Piplup on my team. I unfortunately got steam rolled by the kid using an Abra with charge beam though. Didn’t see that coming lol
Just got my copy of Brilliant Diamond, and this is a great surprise! I have always loved Sinnoh's music, mainly because it features a lot of piano, which makes piano arrangements of it so good

Therr are si many good compositions that he made, that it was tough for me to choose one. I suggest you check it out even un your own time. If I could rrcommend some: - Remember Sadness - Sad Brothers - Burn Cosmos - God Warrior Saint - Deukalion's Big Flood - Aria of the Three - Mime's Requiem Enjoy :)

Hi, how do you make these videos with the keys effects? I would like to do the same thing on my videos but I don't know how. Are you using Synthesia or a other midi recorder ? Thanks!
Synthesia is serviceable but nothing special. I have no real use case for it so it was ~$30 straight down the drain for me. The app I like to use is called SeeMusic, which is subscription-based-assuming you don't want the watermark on your video. What I did was pay for a month (if my memory doesn't fail me), record my video, and cancel the subscription after. I plan to use it a lot more frequently once I find a way to record the overhead angle that I like better. You can look up the channel if you want to see what it can do, or you can view the highlighted video on my own channel (BlueGrovyleMusic) to check out how I personally made use of it. All relevant SeeMusic links/resources are in the description of my video as well.
Can I make a suggestion for a future video. I'd like to suggest "The Water is Wide" as done by Haley Westenra the piano part is really pretty and I can't find that version anywhere I can only find the folk version that lacks any chords or depth.

I thought I'd dislike the chibi versions of the characters but actually it's grown on me. I like it so far
