145 kg can't be a healthy weight over the long term, so that cardio walking and taking the dogs out to play, is very good for the cardiovascular system, and of course nice for the dogs

Samson, is it possible to still maintain your strength and physical appearance without eating all of that unhealthy food and chemically filled shakes? No offense... The reason I'm asking is because I've noticed all of my favorite bodybuilders dying early from heart disease. Rich Piana was one of favs, and he died in 2017. Kali Muscle, another fav, had a massive heart attack a few years back. I was 245 lbs. now I'm 185 lbs. because I changed my diet. I only eat healthy foods now, without shakes, and I can't get my size or weight back.

what happens if you don't weight the food? Surely you can roughly guess from experience. I doubt few extra calories here or there will make any difference so far out of Olympia. Maybe 2 weeks out, then, even that's not necessary
When it comes to prep, even 10g difference in food makes big difference

I really like this man. This is England, Tesco, less protein in a meal (expensive too) mowing the grass in an ordinary house. None of that USA 🇺🇸 glitz, fancy pools, sports cars, etc. Hes down to earth. And congrats on the Arnold win. Wouldn’t use the half chicken with the skin and small steak on the way to Olympia, but what he’s got works for him and his frame in proportion decent enough size as well really. Not huge huge but good. There was a big debate of if nick walker should have won, reason he didn’t win is because (see the spots on his back for classic signs of steroid over use) he wasn’t good enough. Whereas this guy was the eventual winner and full deserved that. Decent age too!!! Reminded me of me five years ago at his age But he was fifty pounds heavier.
