Janusirsasana B may be one of the most important asanas for men. I am 74 years old and 2 years ago i had my yearly physical and my PSA's were over 400 = prostate cancer. Of course western doctors want to operate. My yoga teacher told me to do Janusirsasana B or as he called it Prostateasana. This year my physical showed my PSAs at 202. The doctor said he had never seen that before!!! All men sould do Janusirsasana B every day!!!!! Janusirsasana D looks like C but other leg is in half Lotus Love you videos!
