This proves the fact that the 20th century is when music was in its true beauty. There is no music today that can top the chords, harmony, and melodies that people made possible back then.
this is sadly true, it's sad cause I'd love for our music to go abck to feeling as gorgouse and all about poetry through music.don't get me rong I like differant genres of music and even enjoy the modern stuff to a degree. However, they just don't make them like they used to anymore.
You'd be amazed by what people still make these days if you can track it down. Over the garden wall hit similar old pastoral vibes in both art story and music

Taboo stuff aside this is a very cute cartoon
this cartoon sparked a memory. my grandmother used to have a raggedy ann doll, and I once remarked that it was creepy and ugly. I didn't think about it then, but my grandmother seemed disappointed somehow.
Maybe she got upset because Raggedy Ann was her best friend and comforter object, personally I find her and her little brother adorable.
The singing is so beautiful♡

I remember when I would watch this as a kid because my dad had a DVD, since I couldn't find it, I just searched it up and found it here :)

@@Arginne I don’t remember the name, but it had other old cartoons on it, I remember one being about books at a library and how they would come to life at night, as well as some old looney toons ones

IMDB lists Mel Blanc as the Stepin Fetchit cloud. I don't think Mel ever did voices for Paramount Cartoons. Sounds like it could be Danny Webb, who was an amazing impersonator of Fetchit's voice. Child actress Joyce Terry, 14 at the time, is Raggedy Ann.
