    Thank you for this video. Regarding finding candidates, is Sales Navigator still a good tool?

      Yes you can. But LinkedIn has “recruiter tool” that you can use to find candidates. It definitely gives more insights compare to sales navigator

      I recommend NOT getting both. One major reason: very expensive, second: the usage and the data you will see will be different. If you are in sales, searching for leads, sales navigator is excellent. On the other hand, if you are a recruiter looking for a talent, sales navigator will give you very minimal insights for the talent pool but recruiter membership will give you ton. For recruiters investing in recruiter membership is great, not the sales navigator 👍
