Serving - 4 to 5
Ingredients:
For Kolhapuri masala-
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds -1 tbsp
Poppy seeds -1 tbsp
Sesame seeds -1 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds (methi dana)- 1/2 tsp
Cloves - 6 to 8
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Dry coconut - 2 tbsp
Dry red chilli - 4
Green cardamom - 2
Mace
For curry:
Paneer -200 gms
Cauliflower - 1/2 cup
French beans - 1/3 cup
Carrot -1/3 cup
Capsicum -1/4 cup
Green peas - 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1 tbsp
Onion-2
Tomato -2
Garlic- 7 cloves
Ginger -2 inch
Cashews - 8
Butter -1 tsp
Cooking oil- 5 tbsp
Bay leaves -2
Black cardamom - 1
Cinnamon stick -2 inch
Salt to taste
Fresh cream -2 tbsp(optional)
