Mix Veg Sabji Ingredients:
Serves 4 Persons
Ingredients :
1/2 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup half boiled peas
1/2 Cup chopped french beans
1/2 cup chopped carrot
1/2 cup potato
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup paneer cubes
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 Tsp chopped Garlic
1 tsp Ginger
1 big onion finely chopped
Handful of coriander
1 tsp green chilli sauce
1/2 cup cooked tomato paste • Restaurant Gravy Secre...
1/4 cup cooked onion paste • सीक्रेट ग्रेवी जिससे आ...
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 tsp Chickpea flour with water
1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1/4 tsp kitchen King Masala
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp dry coriander powder
1/2 cup hung curd
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
10 cashew nuts boiled paste
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
2 tbsp dry coriander powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp kitchen King
1/2 tsp mix Masala
1/2 tsp Chaat masala
1 tsp kasuri methi
1 tsp Ghee
1/4 Cup fresh cream
1/4 cup grated paneer
Add water as explained in the recipe
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
Add paneer and vegetables as above
Serve after garnishing with coriander,slit green chilli,paneer and ginger
