I'm not sure what happened in 08 but I thought it was her weight too because she just become nasal and lost a lot of volume and weight in her timbre, even before the first pregnancy.

And she truly enjoyed herself up on stage. Very glad to be back in Norway, this time for her own full time concert. And the audience was also a big part of this! Everyone's having a real good time, there was an electric, positive vibe in the air... Thanks for sharing this song! - A great souvenir to treasure in our hearts.
This is impressive. I know the notes weren't that high but this performance was definitely live all throughout and her voice here was really very expressive and on point just like the old days. Notice when she touched her stomach @3:11 that really was live singing.

Although there is corrective surgery, you also can loose the ability to sing as complications can arise. So I don't blame her for not going under the knife. I do hope that she will try to keep her voice as healthy as possible so we can still enjoy the live vocals such as this performance. Definitely one of her best live performances in the more recent years.
