I'll be honest, I came because I heard BTS was mentioned, but this has been so interesting to watch! It's like a whole new world- I don't know any of the lingo or can grasp exactly what they are talking about (because I'm not knowledgeable in this field), but I have so much respect for these guys. I don't think the general public knows how much work goes into just one song and these producers and mixers are crucial. Thank you for your hard work!

It's so cool to learn more about the music production process and more about Mr. Dave Pensado and Mr. Ken Lewis. I'm just a normal music fan. I came here because BTS/j-hope songs were mentioned. I love j-hope's musical tastes and sensibilities and Dis-ease and MAMA (as well as Hope World) are some of my favorites. It's nice knowing that BTS and their team are so professional. Thank you for a great interview.

highly appreciate you doing the hard mixes for bts cuz they come out amazing
I have a question. When you're mixing/working on a song, do you usually/always make sure to know what the song is about and therefore enhance the meaning by the use of the tools at your disposal, or does it play less of a role when you're mixing? I've just noticed how in BTS some song seem to emphasize the point they are making in the music and the way it is put together. How big a part does the meaning of the song have for e.g. mixing?
