Looks great to fry onions your way. I suggest another way. I will put those chopped onions in microwave for Less than three minutes, then fry them in much less oil. This way the oil use is much less and also a little faster. I do this in all the dishes, wether it is beef or chicken dishes. Try it you will like it.
