However, to maintain the crispiness you must consider the humidity in the room. You can also dry the onions in the open air if it is not humid and then store for the best results and for the most crispiness. Remember do not store in the fridge or freezer, the onion will get the moisture, still, they're useable but soft, so keep it the dry place at kitchen shelf or kitchen pantry 👍❤

    Hello Ruby ji. I made these and stored them in an airtight container in a fridge. Beautifully explained and i finally understood why my onions would never fry properly. I have nice golden brown onions now ready for use anytime. Thankyou for this lovely video.

    I tried it today it was so perfect . But one tip of caution please be really careful while pouring the boiled onions in hot oil, my oil drooled over with bubbles from the pot and filled my stove base with oil.

    Aaj eid ke liye do kilo onion aap ke style se tali. Waqt bhi laga aur effort bhi. Khauf bhi aaya garam tel mein geeli pyaz daltay hue. Magar Allah ki meherbani se baghair kisi nuqsan ke century ho gai. Bohat crisp bani jo mujh se pehle kabhi nahi banti thi.       Jo color chahiye us sai aik color lighter nikalna oil mai se👍😀 , Nigar Qasim, you can store the onions for up to 12+ days in an airtight container or bag. However, to maintain the crispiness you must consider the humidity in the room. You can also dry the onions in the open air if it is not humid and then store for the best results and for the most crispiness. Remember do not store in the fridge or freezer, the onion will get moisture and they're useable but soft , so keep it the dry place at kitchen shelf or kitchen pantry 👍❤
