This might be too old a game to mention but one of these videos done to the setting of "infamous: Second Son" would be amazing as the game's rendition of Seattle is breathtaking: both at the street level and high above on the rooftops. The sound design is also heavily inspired by Pink Floyd's song "Shine on you crazy diamond" which is already a 15 minute atmospheric song and adds both a fantastical and morose vibe to the whole game.
