First time I heard the term "cis," I asked what it meant - and back then they would actually answer the question. "Cis" is an acronym for "comfortable in skin." Which is stupid AF. But boys are boys...even when they are told they are girls. And girls are girls, even when they are told their boys. If that TRUTH wasn't so....why must one TRANSITION ???? VERSES EVOLVE. A tadpole begins without frog legs. But give it time and it becomes a full fledge frog....just like a baby in the womb. Let's stop confusing our children. If you tell a child that the people of a different colour are bad over and over again...they will believe their parents...or teachers...or leaders. Just like of you tell a child they were a mistake...born wrong....need to cut up, mutilate...be different. Just let them be kids. Let's allow them an innocent period. What they decide, when they grow up we will respect. But allow the children to just grow up as innocent as possible.

They don't have the brain of the opposite sex. There is nothing that makes them anything like the opposite sex. It is purely a psychological aliment according to all present evidence with no reason to assume otherwise. Like someone with strong body confidence issues who firmly wants needless plastic surgery instead of psychological help for the actual issue. Nearly all gender dysphoria that isn't "affirmed" completely disappears by age 13. Cases in people older than that often resolve when other mental health issues are addressed. In another new large study it was found that people who had transitioned (even just socially) had much worse mental health outcomes and worsened family relationships even in "supportive" environments. There are also recorded cases and anecdotes where powerful feelings of gender dysphoria have been completely alleviated by certain anti-psychotic medicines.

It is cruel to reinforce a person's false belief that will sign them up for a future of growth harming and unnecessary intensive hormonal treatments, surgical bodypart removals and complication filled, irreversible, not-fully functioning approximations of genitalia. Gender is an identity, because gender is a social construct. Tell me, what is a masculine color? Blue? Ok, well you just said we shouldn't invent new words so can I assume that we shouldn't invent new masculinity either? Because if so, Pink is the masculine color as it was in the 1700s while Blue is a feminine color. So if you wear blue, you're actually super girly.
We also know that all humans start their biological development as female. That is why males have nipples, for example, even if males cannot normally lactate. So outside of your genitalia, which is a pretty abysmal way of judging one's gender, how do you think gender is defined if not by social cues?
So it does boil down to our own perceptions of ourselves. Even the fact that in order to hurt and insult transpeople others call them by their non-preferred pronouns and say they are "obviously male/female", often only based on a picture of their face, shows how silly the idea of gender somehow being a biological concept is. It is entirely a social convention, and all that is being asked is for people to understand that their first impressions of other people can be wrong.
I mean, you've never approached a person from behind, maybe in your teens and thought they were a girl, only to find they were actually a long-haired boy, or vice versa? Did you, in that moment, swiftly correct your own mistake OR did you start insisting that they are actually something they do not themselves identify as in order to "be right"?

They don't have the brain of the opposite sex. There is nothing that makes them anything like the opposite sex. It is purely a psychological aliment according to all present evidence with no reason to assume otherwise. Like someone with strong body confidence issues who firmly wants needless plastic surgery instead of psychological help for the actual issue. Nearly all gender dysphoria that isn't "affirmed" completely disappears by age 13. Cases in people older than that often resolve when other mental health issues are addressed. In another new large study it was found that people who had transitioned (even just socially) had much worse mental health outcomes and worsened family relationships even in "supportive" environments. There are also recorded cases and anecdotes where powerful feelings of gender dysphoria have been completely alleviated by certain anti-psychotic medicines.
Yet some people ignore or don't know about all of that, and try to say that transition is the right cure, saying regret is rare, totally ignoring, and failing to realise, that someone is likely to continue to be sick if they already are and you keep encouraging it.
It is cruel to reinforce a person's false belief that will sign them up for a future of growth harming and unnecessary intensive hormonal treatments, surgical bodypart removals and complication filled, irreversible, not-fully functioning approximations of genitalia. If someone is truly compassionate they will care about the consequences of blind affirmation, such as the stories of Scott Newgent or Chloe Cole, or the endless nightmarish recounts on the detrans subreddit...
