For people in FACS the answer to the explain part is an average family spends 49 minutes a day together. GREAT. G stands for give. R is for relate. E is for energize. A is for awareness. T stands for try something new. The last question is making time for communicate and have those difficult conversation.

Great example of the realities of modern family life, with a mum who works as a teacher, the simple things that they have done to support mental health with their families.

All the family progress yet she left her daughter standing there like a board instead of putting her hand on her back or arm around her etc. No contact whatsoever until the hand raise at the end.
