මහනුවර දිස්ත්රික්කයේ මිනිපේ ප්රාදෙශීය ලේකම් කොට්ටාශයේ හසලක ග්‍රාමයේ පිහිටි රත්න ඇල්ල ඉතා සුන්දර දිය ඇල්ලකි. උසින් මීටර් 101ක් ලෙස සදහන්වෙන මෙම ඇල්ල , දියඇලි නාමාවලියේ 09වන ස්ථානයේ පිහිටා ඇත .
මහනුවර සිට 18 ව\න්ගුව පසුකර මද දුරක් යනවිට හමුවෙන හසලක ගාමිණි පිළිරුව අසලින් වමට හැරී මෙම ඇල්ල දක්වා පහසුවෙන් ගමන් කල හැකිය .
ගුගල් මැප්හි ස්ථානය නිවැරදිව දක්වා ඇත. එමෙනම් මාර්ග පුවරු සවිකර ඇත.
ඉතා සුන්දර අඩිපාරක් ඔස්සේ කිලෝ මිටර් 2ක් පමණ පාගමනින් යා යුතුය. එහෙත් එම මාර්ගය ඉතා සුන්දර සහ පහසු එකකි. රත්න ඇල්ල සිට ඉදිකර ඇති ඇලට සමාන්තරව මෙම පාර වැටී තිබේ.
විදෙස් සංචාරකයන් අතරද මෙම ඇල්ල ප්‍රසිද්ධ ය. අප ගිය දිනයේ ද විදෙස් සංචාරකයන් ඇල්ල නැරබිමට පැමිණ සිටි අතර ඔවුන් එය ඉතා විශ්මිත සොබාදහම් නිර්මාණයක් ලෙස සලකන බවට පෙනුනි.
මෙම අඩි පාරෙම මහකදුර පසුකරන විට කළුවා වැටුන ඇල්ලට යන මාර්ගය පහසුවෙන් හදුනාගානීමට හැකියාව ඇත.

Ratna Ella is a very beautiful waterfall located in the village of Hasalaka in the Minipe Regional Secretariat Division of the Kandy District. This waterfall, which is mentioned as 101 meters in height, is located at the 09th place in the list of waterfalls.
After passing the 18th turn from Kandy for a short distance, you can turn left near the statue of Hasalaka Gamini and you can easily reach this waterfall.
The location is correctly indicated on Google Maps. Road signs are installed.
You have to walk about 2 kilometers along a very beautiful footpath. But the path is very beautiful and easy. This road is parallel to the canal built from Ratna Falls.
This waterfall is also famous among foreign tourists. On the day we visited, foreign tourists had come to see the falls and they seemed to consider it a very amazing creation of nature.
On this footpath, when you pass Mahakadura, you can easily identify the way to Kaluva Wetuna Ella.
