One day it's finally spring and all my little ones are happy for a few days then we are back to winter. Steve even turned the furnace up after turning it down. The other night I was misting Skittles (crested gecko's) apartment down. Was putting the lid on and thought it felt different as I was trying to fasten it. That stinker was on the edge and in between the lid and container! She wanted Mommy time. Oh my gosh! I picked her up so fast was crying I thought I hurt her😭. She's never done that before. She is fine but let me cuddle her. She could have cared less. I was traumatized! So for anyone reading this please really check all openings before shutting them. Our little ones move fast! And like me I have a lot of fake plants for her to play in and they can jump really good in them. My bearded dragon just now pooped so I need to go clean that up! I would really appreciate if you made that video about female gecko's. I just got a juvenile leopard gecko who I think might be female and a crested gecko that is still unknown so I've been trying to info on ovulation and all that and a video would be very helpful thanks.
It's a hard like to draw- Directing content to the general pet keeper and directing content to the expert/advanced keeper. Keeping all but the 2 or 3 rarest 'cave' geckos, I think you did a GREAT job balancing your information. Pronunciation- 'Gon - E - Uro- saurus'. I really like the enclosure. Think about adding a side of the tank as a rock wall. Surprisingly, most species inhabit (in nature) areas with rock ledges. Overall, great job with the video.

I just started making my own purchases for my leopard gecko, and I should have my bioactive enclosure set up by the end of next week! I used your code on Josh's Frogs, but I didn't buy the clean up crew just yet because I wasn't sure how well they'd do in just their container. Hopefully everything ships well regardless 😁 Edit: I was also wondering what kind of topsoil do you use? I don't want to accidentally buy something that might end up being toxic/unusable in my enclosure.
Leah ___ for reptile safe organic topsoil look for things with out vermiculite and pearlite. Also look for things without added fertilizer. Reptisoil from zoo med also works!
I hear you with the no eating being grouchy ugh! My little girl Emoji (leopard gecko) is not happy not eating. It’s her first year ovulating and she’s a mess!
Great video and great vivarium setup, my cave gecko “ Mushu” ( which is Goniurosaurus luli) has cork hideouts and pothos, and creeping charlie in it, and “ Mushu” loves gutloaded dubia nymphs.
Your fantastic & inspiring! I love your animals & all your videos....if I could afford it id have a collection quite like yours but bless you for all you do for your babies they're so spoiled rotten! I aspire to be as good to my Axl (leopard gecko) & my Payo (Pac man frog) as you are with yours....thank you for all the knowledge & great info & all that you do...
I know this isn't about this video but you should make a video about the issues that the three leopard geckos morphs (Lemon Frosts, noir desir eyes, and Enigmas) have as I just found out today and feel it's something that isn't talked about as much somewhat like the spider ball pythons
is there any way to contact you personally and ask questions about (chinese) cave geckos? I have a set up in a 20 long but plan on changing to a tall soon, and I'm nervous about doing things wrong
By the way fun fact about that Devil's Ivy (the golden pothos) they are one of the best indoor plants you can own due to the fact they filter out toxins out of the air
