When I did need a question they answered right away and took care of anything I needed no questions asked! Love Josh frogs! This company is going to shit by the minute. Who ever counts the crickets should have stayed in school I bit longer. You order a 1000 they don't add to 500. And the shipping service sucks hairy ones. I'm still waiting for the crickets ordered 4/4/24. Still waiting.. 👎 by now they are probably all dead.

Man you don’t know what you’re talking about bro! Plus why don’t you pay the extra money to have it shipped over night! You have different options on shipping they can’t help that you don’t choose to overnight then cry because it’s taking the normal time to ship a package lol but at least if it does take 4 days which isn’t bad at all the crickets will be alive.. you have to order crickets before you need them don’t order them the day you run out then pick the longest delivery method that’s you just being slow bud… Plus I can tell you haven’t ordered many crickets before in your life because 1000 often don’t seem like 1000 but it is actually, iv had times where I know they hooked me up with a couple extra and if I ever did have a problem during the winter or something all you have to do is call them and not make a post on YT lol be a big boy and call them and they handle all issues if you reach out that’s how most adults handle issues! Sorry bro but iv been using Josh’s frogs for at least 2 years now and loved every package I got! They put care into those boxes with gift cards and care sheets like what else could you want? People find anything they can just to complain I think
