Love watching your process! I would love to see this up close!
Is it a new form of plastic wasting machine?
Hi, is that for a Plug or a mold ? Is it possible to build Composite pieces directly from the machined surface ? If yes how many piece can you get out from a mold like this ?
Is it possible to cure prepregs into it ? What TG and CTE can you expect ? And lastly what's the average cost of such a system ?

This actually is a mold which can directly be used for several composite manufacturing techniques. Autoclave, vacuum, hand-layup, etc. Depending on the materials used and the complexity of the part. But with autoclave tooling you can get several hundred parts from 1 mold. Would it be an idea to be in direct contact for more technical details? You can reach us at sales@ceadgroup.com.

I already reached out one of your partner for a quote. I'm co-running a small company and I will probably not have a sufficient budget to buy all the equipment I would need right now but this is a brilliant idea that would definitely boost my business through another level. I will reach to you after I relocate my workshop for the peripherals and a S25 extruder to be accommodate with a 2nd hand robot on tracks. My use would be to machine plugs and molds of at least 5 m x 1m x 1m parts. ( For rowing boats up to 13m )
